Thayer’s is located in Annandale, MN just minutes West of the Twin Cities and about 35 minutes South-East of St. Cloud, Minnesota in the "Heart of the Lakes".

We are available for your small wedding 365 days a year. We offer  many  options for  weddings, commitment ceremonies and vow renewals. Thayer's B&B is a graceful, elegant and private Old West Victorian setting.  

Our promise is to create an experience for you and your guests that is uniquely yours. 

We are flexible and offer a variety of services:  

• Design your very own ceremony

• All faiths and beliefs are welcome 

• Simple non-religious services 

• Bring in your own minister to officiate

• Retain Reverend Sharon Gammell to officiate

• Alternative Wedding Rituals

• Same sex Ceremonies

• Our Old West Victorian setting is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony and whether you choose the living room, dining room or our gardens - your photographs will be stunning! 

• Having Sharon Gammell officiate your wedding is pretty cool, she is a psychic and a minister!

• We do not have a liquor license. You are welcome to bring in wine, for your personal use, to be enjoyed in your guest room.

• Smoking is acceptable outside in designated areas.

• We are happy to accommodate you with non-alcoholic champagnes and other non-alcoholic beverages. 

• Receptions are available

• You are welcome to bring in your own licensed and bonded caterer

• Sharon Gammell and her professional staff, are experienced in hospitality; they pledge to use all of their combined experience and knowledge to make sure that your day is the best. 

Thayer's Dining room is the perfect place to have  a private event for a holiday celebration, club meeting, family reunion, Anniversary celebration, Bridal or baby shower!

A lovely place to rent for Rehearsals, Grooms dinner, Proms, or business gatherings.
