Accomodations-Thayer's Historic B&B

Receive a 5% per night discount, when renting two (2) or more nights
add 6.5% MN state sales tax
add $100 automatic service-gratuity per night
Maximum accommodation - 22 guests - 2 guests per room
Check-in can be as early as 2pm and Check-out as late as 1pm
Children stays must be pre-approved by Sharon. If there are children under the age of 12 in your group, and you want them to stay, you need to let Sharon know at least 5 days in advance of arrival.
Thayer's is not set up for children, we have authentic antiques and many breakable items that you are responsible for.
We do not have roll- a-ways or cribs
Sleeping bags or sleeping on the floor is not an option
A Full Breakfast is included in the rental charge
Additional meals may be purchased for an additional charge
Thayer's kitchen may be rented - $500* per day; a licensed & bonded caterer is required to do the cooking
One complete change of dining room and bed linens is included in the house rental per day, additional set-ups are available for an additional cost.

Next we serve a full main entree and of course, dessert which is chocolate dipped strawberries!

We are cat lovers! Sharon has three friendly cats that are fantastic and live here!!
Sharon has two Main Coon Kitties and a domestic medium hair named Sam-Sam that love gentle attention. The happy Main Coon sporting a tuxedo and goatee, is named Tennessee ,and the sweet (little - HA!) pastel calico is named Miss Sadie Cat.
Thayer's is a smoke free Bed and Breakfast. You may smoke out of doors in designated areas.
No candles are allowed in any of our guest rooms.
Thayer's does not have a liquor license. You are welcome to bring in wine, for your personal use, to be enjoyed in your guest room.
Thayer's is not child proof-if there is any damage during your stay, you are responsible and agree to be charged for the repair or replacement as Sharon deems necessary .
Thayer's is haunted; Gus Thayer leaves pennies and we have a number of other spirits including ghost kitties.
