West" Victorian surroundings are not only gorgeous and
historic, they are comfortable, unforgettable and make a grand

 We customize events and work
directly with you to make sure you receive
exactly what you want for your special occasion.
Thayer's is available
by special arrangement for private events 365 days a year;
groups as small as two and as large as fifty guests have
enjoyed our hospitality.
At
Thayer's we take
care of you and your guests; you can be confident that we are experienced,
talented and friendly, plus we are proud of where
we work and of what we do.
Having a meal here affords you an experience in unequaled cuisine, rich in
flavor and presentation. Guests claim we have “the
finest food available in the area.” We have
been described as "a class act without the
attitude". We hear often that we are over achievers and
perfectionists!
 Our
standard fare could be described as gourmet comfort food. We
make and serve homemade bread and desserts, specially cut
meats, seafood purchased the day of serving and sauces made
from real butter and cream. Our signature salads and homemade
raspberry vinaigrette draw raves from customers. Our food is
ordered and prepared per plate to guarantee freshness and
flavor.
Be
prepared to converse, relax and enjoy luscious, beautifully
presented meals, as a Thayer dining experience lasts about 2

Private & Group Event Requirements:

When reserving a Private B&B Package - a minimum of 6
guest rooms must be taken

When reserving a Private
Dining Event - a $550 minimum charge
applies - may be a combination of food and
dining-room rental costs - excluding beverages,
entertainment, sales tax and service-gratuities.

Your group has exclusive use of the dining room or Thayers
depending upon the event and package you select.

Once a Private Event is
reserved the price is locked in. There will be no
increases due to market changes.

Prices are market at the time you
reserve your event

Smoking
is only allowed outside in designated areas

Private
& group events require a non-refundable $2,000 or full payment, whichever is
less, to secure
the date.

We
accept Visa, MC, American Express, cash and
personal and company checks as payment.

If it is
necessary to cancel a private event, we will work with
you as best we can. Please check our Policy
page for complete details.

Children under 16 years
may not attend murder mystery dinners.

Videos of weddings and other special events are allowed

No videos of
Murder Mystery Dinners are allowed.

always fine.
