When having an event at Thayer's with Sharon as Chef, please know we can and will be happy to make or create almost anything from hearty Midwest meat n' potatoes, elegant and avant-garde to themed events.

 Fresh Veggies and dip, Buffalo Chicken wings, Cheese and Cracker tray,

White Chicken Chile (shown above), Beef Noodle,

Egg drop, Cream of Broccoli,

Vegetarian Vegetable or a Chef's pick 

 

 

Salad

Tossed House Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Main Entrée - please select one for your group

 

  1. Grilled Coho Salmon served with new potatoes and vegetables

  2. Vegetarian Stir-fry with brown rice

  3. Pasta Alfredo - Shrimp or chicken may be added

  4. Grilled 9oz New York Steak with mushrooms & wild rice pilaf

  5. Burgundy Beef tips & wild mushrooms served on wide egg pasta

  6. Baked Chicken breast 8oz with scallops drizzled with a mushroom sherry sauce

  7. 10 oz Osso Bucco with orange champagne glaze - photo shown below

  1. New York Cheese Cake & Raspberry Sauce

  2. Three layer Chocolate cheese cake with chocolate shavings

* Please Note:

  • The menu listed above costs $65 per guest, plus 6.5% tax and 20% automatic service-gratuity charge

  • An overnight stay is not required to use the dining room. Cost is $200 plus tax per hour.

  • Rent a minimum of six guest rooms or the Rent the Entire House and the dining room is FREE.

  • A minimum charge of $550 applies to all private events. 

  • We do not have a liquor license and do not serve alcohol. You are welcome to bring in wine, for your personal use, to be enjoyed in your guest room.

  • Smoking is OK out-side in designated areas; smoking is not allowed inside

  • No additional charge for linen, china, glasses or stainless flatware

  • A 4 course dinner at Thayer's takes about 2.5 hours

  • You may select a different menu than the one above or add selections however, the cost of the dinner will most likely increase.
